CEO takes one step further when it comes to the training of young people for the Construction and Engineering industry. We aim to dispel the common myth that construction is, 'practical not academic'.

At CEO, our belief and one that we install into those who we mentor, is that anything is possible when there is a desire and set goals.

Setting Goals is not always easy, and this is where we at CEO, take every opportunity to support a young person on their journey. Our training goes beyond securing a qualification on paper, we work with our young people to develop their social skills and improve their social mobility, guiding them as they work towards becoming a qualified trades operative, through to aspiring and attaining the qualities required to become the CEO of a construction company.
