We aim to offer work experience to everyone attending CEO's programmes. However, this will depend on the young person's progress and attitude, as well as available opportunities at the time. Work experience will range from, work within the community, site placements and/or work on a CEO Self-Build Project.
Opportunities will be presented as and when we will be in talks with companies, job centre and recruitment agencies.
Our aim is to place every trainee with an employer for a minimum of 3 months, to develop their skills, confidence and make constructive decisions about the field they wish to pursue going forward.
A bespoke programme shall be delivered, aimed at trainees who would prefer to become self-employed. We will help you to prepare a business plan, budget and cashflow spreadsheet, advertise your business, as well as help you build a customer database.

Evening classes to be confirmed, 5pm-8pm.
We deliver a range of courses and this will be dependable on prior learning and capabilities, our aim is not to delay progress.
As a general guideline, the KS3-4 programmes vary depending on the school's or referring agency's requirements, for up to 2 years.
For those who are 16+ and NEET (Not in Employment, Education or Training) we aim to deliver qualifications within the following timeframes:
6 weeks - L1 Certificate
