Referral forms

Please use one of the online referral forms below to register interest in our courses for a young person or an asylum seeker. Once received, we will review the form and invite the referred person along with the referrer or another adult for an informal interview, where we can introduce our programme in full, show around the workshop and get to know the young individual, prior to admission. There might be some further questions asked in person.

Please choose the correct form for the relevant group.

Self-referrals are excepted, but a parent/carer will need to agree to fund the young person's place on the course and sign the referral form.

Referring a young person

Attending the Constructioneers Club and the RAISE programme are free. Places for the rest of our courses currently require funding. The referring agency, institution, or parent will need to bear the cost of the course. The referrer (or another, suitable adult) will be required to accompany the young person to an informal interview, prior to admission.

Please contact us to learn about the prices for our bespoke programmes.

Registration form for schools, agencies, or parents/carers for a young person in KS3/KS4, even if they are excluded from school, are on the brink of exclusion, or attending on a reduced time table.

Registration form for young people 16 to 19 years old. Referrals can be made by agencies, colleges, sixth form schools, and parents/carers.

This form is specifically for the registration of young people, 13-19, who are in the care of the Youth Offending Services.

The CSCS course is a classroom-based intensive theoretical course, delivered in a short period of time (3-5 days), consisting of attaining a Level 1 Award in 'Health and Safety in a Construction Environment', followed by preparation for an externally sat CITB test. A successful test along with the award together result in the achievement of a CSCS labourer's card, a "license" to work on a construction site.

Use this form if this is the only course the young person would like to attend. If he/she is interested in one of our main courses (plumbing or electrical), please complete one of the forms above, and let us know about your interest in the CSCS course on the form or during the interview.

PLEASE READ!

Due to high demand, we are now oversubscribed and have a waiting list for all Constructioneers Club cohorts, therefor we are temporarily closing the applications. Please use our contact form at the bottom of any pages of our website to express interest. When we reopen the applications we will get in touch so you can complete this registration form.

The Constructioneers Club explores construction and engineering in a fun-filled environment. Young people aged 11-16  have the opportunity to learn key life skills in plumbing, electrical and other areas. The Club runs 4pm - 6pm after school. Young people get to be creative in making objects made from recyclable materials, while learning life skills such as wiring a plug or mending tap fixtures. CEO's aim is to stretch young minds and help them explore through creative work, For further information please contact us through the referral form.

The RAISE Project is designed specifically for asylum seekers in the UK who are currently in the Croydon area. We have established a dynamic hub that promotes health and wellbeing while offering practical trade skills training in plumbing and electrical work, as well as general employability skills with embedded ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages). Additionally, we provide housing support, including signposting and guidance on available housing options in the UK.

The hub is open on Mondays and Fridays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and Tuesdays from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm, running until the end of May 2025.
