Referral forms
Please use one of the online referral forms below to register interest in our courses for a young person. Once received, we will review the form and invite the young person along with the referrer or another adult for an informal interview, where we can introduce our programme in full, show around the workshop and get to know the young individual, prior to admission. There might be some further questions asked in person.
Please choose the correct form for the relevant group.
Self-referrals are excepted, but a parent/carer will need to agree to fund the young person's place on the course and sign the referral form.
Referring a young person

The referrer (or another, suitable adult) will be required to accompany the young person to an informal interview, prior to admission.

The CSCS course is a classroom-based intensive theoretical course, delivered in a short period of time (3-5 days), consisting of attaining a Level 1 Award in 'Health and Safety in a Construction Environment', followed by preparation for an externally sat CITB test. A successful test along with the award together result in the achievement of a CSCS labourer's card, a "license" to work on a construction site.
Use this form if this is the only course the young person would like to attend. If he/she is interested in one of our main courses (plumbing or electrical), please complete one of the forms above, and let us know about your interest in the CSCS course on the form or during the interview.
The Constructioneers Club explores construction and engineering in a fun-filled environment. Young people aged 11-16 have the opportunity to learn key life skills in plumbing, electrical and other areas. The Club runs 4pm - 6pm after school. Young people get to be creative in making objects made from recyclable materials, while learning life skills such as wiring a plug or mending tap fixtures. CEO's aim is to stretch young minds and help them explore through creative work, For further information please contact us through the referral form.
