Traineeships

Criteria  for application:

• Unemployed

• Receiving unemployment benefits

• Between the age 19-24 

• Enthusiastic about Plumbing and Electrical

• Able to commit to an 8 week course; 3 days per week

• Able to work on a construction site for a minimum of 2 weeks; 5 days per week

• A desire to improve one's life through learning valuable new skills

On completion of this course, you will have an interview with the employer and if suitable will be offered an apprenticeship or employment. You will always receive feedback and further support to progress into work, apprenticeships and/or further education.

Your success on this course will enable you to gain a CSCS card, needed for construction sites.
