DIY Plus (+) Courses

Choose between Basic DIY (half day) or DIY+ (full day) Plumbing and Electrical courses and one or two days of Plastering, Bricklaying, and Carpentry.

CEO is a Community Interest Company reinvesting the profit made through our services into the next generation. 

By booking a course with CEO, you will learn relevant skills that save you money. In addition, you are also helping youth who are excluded from schools, in the juvenile justice system, or NEET (not in employment, education or training).

​

Basic DIY courses are ideal for beginners and DIY Plus (+) courses are recommended for those with a desire to dive deeper or improve their basic knowledge and skills. Likewise, one day of Plastering, Bricklaying and Carpentry will provide you with confidence and knowledge of the basics, while if you do a double, you can hone your basic skills to perfection.

Buy our DIY Plus (+) Mix & Match Plan to receive a 10% discount on both your Plumbing and Electrical course, or get two days of Plastering, Bricklaying, or Carpentry with a 10% off the full price. ​​

You can take the Plumbing and Electrical Courses on different weekends (within 3 months). The Plastering, Bricklaying and Carpentry courses are always on a Saturday, and if you book a second day, they will be on the consecutive Sunday.

Please note: Steel cap safety boots are mandatory to participate in all our DIY courses. If you don't own a pair, you may rent one from us for £5 a day. (Please let us know your size beforehand.)

Cancellation Policy:

We understand the unexpected can happen at any time. Should you be unable to attend a booked course, we will provide you with a credit note for another course. Alternatively, we can transfer your dates to a course the same as previously booked.

​

A minimum number of participants is required for each course to run. If this number has not been reached, we reserve the right to move the course to an alternative date. Should this happen, you will be offered to chose a different date that suits you.

The course was really, really excellent ! Basic skills that I should’ve learnt much sooner, I should've learnt them in school, actually, or at least in college. It should've been part of the curriculum. Just recognising how easy it is, because we had a really, really good tutor who broke it down very simply, and I was so proud of myself to have wired a plug, wired a switch as well, made the light come on and all...
